Creative Arts at Mosman Prep
Every child is given the opportunity to experience making and appreciating art. Students in Kindergarten, through to Year 6, paint, draw, create mixed media work and use various modeling compounds to express themselves.
Every boy spends 1 hour in the art program each week. The art program integrates with all class programs and boys use all the elements of art to create.
Our Art program is coordinated by a fulltime specialist teacher. During art lessons students use their imagination to create their own unique pieces of work. These are showcased in exhibitions at school and at galleries. The students are encouraged to learn how to frame their work and enjoy presenting it for display.
