Our Gifted and Talented program is coordinated by a fulltime specialist teacher trained in the complex issues of identification, curriculum differentiation and the cognitive and affective needs of more able students.
Our identification of gifted students combines both subjective and objective measures in a process of nomination, screening and monitoiring. It is a school-wide approach that is continuous. Students are encouraged to achieve their personal best and become independent learners. We strive to provide a supportive and challenging learning environment which responds to their intellectual, physical, social and emotional needs.
