An Exceptional Staff Dedicated to Boys’ Education at Mosman Prep
I am frequently writing about programs, events, educational research, or parenting tips. But in truth, any school is really only as effective as its staff and their partnership with families.
We are privileged to have an exceptional staff team at Prep.
Two recently departing staff members made the following comments.

■ Maintain the highest levels of teaching practice – by constantly and persistently assessing our teaching practices and our educational outcomes. It is a priority at Prep to support the growth and professional development of all our staff.
You may not be aware that the School provides staff development through internal and external professional development, including weekly staff development sessions, goal setting, and teacher observation and mentoring. Some of the internal professional development provided so far this year has included a focus on Staff and Student Wellbeing, Explicit Teaching and Researched-based Teaching Strategies, Mathematics, Gifted Education, Embedding First Nations Perspectives, Child Protection, and First Aid.
External presenters and staff new to Mosman Prep frequently comment on the professionalism and engagement of our staff team. They are a team truly passionate about their craft and about the boys in their care.
